Question How do i check if my gpu is dead

I'm thinking about returning the gpu but I'm not sure.. it showed no indication of dying and it was only a few weeks old was working fine before but not the light wont turn on and the fans aren't spinning to me it seems as if it's not getting any power I've contacted the guy he sent me multiple trouble shooting options I've tried them and nothing's worked I've also tried searching up some options still nothing I want to figure out what the problem is I'm sure the pcie slot works cause the mobos brand new the psu should be good its beyond the required watts anyways so I'm trying to find out if it's really dead before I try the oven method and send it back.

Specs: 700w psu thermaltake ,30gb ram, 2tb hdd, i5 4570 processor, GTX 1650S, a mouse a monitor and a keyboard, windows 10, hp elitedesk 800 g1 sff

Try plugging in your display directly to the motherboard, if you get an output you may have a faulty of dead gpu😊

Yea it works without the gpu but it worked with the gpu also.. any other way to confirm?
