How do i check if my gpu is working properly?

I have a 1080ti graphics card and i dont get the resulsuts i was expecting.
I've owned this pc for about 1 year now and at the begging it was running fine but not so much now.I get less fps in games or benchmarks than people with worse pcs than me.
I have tested my ram with memtest86 and i had 1 damaged stick but i replaced it now.Is there something similar to memtest86 but for graphics cards?If not how can i test my gpu for problems?

GPU: Zotac 1080ti
CPU: I7 8700k
RAM: 16gb ddr 3000mhz
Motherboard:Gigabyte z370 hd3
HDD:Barracuda 2tb st2000dm006
SSD:Samsung 850evo 250gb
I play pubg, overwatch, destiny 2 and more same problem in every game i play.(I play at 2560 x 1440)
Im comparing my results to youtube videos and forums and my fps is ussualy 15-25 lower.
