Hey, I am not sure, but I think my motherboard has an onboard graphics card. If it does, does this mean, I can't apply a dedicated graphics card to my motherboard, cheers.

Solution
Download cpu-z

http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

& post info from the main board tab eg.

Ok thank you for the info my friend. So it appears to me, that I am able to add a dedicated graphics card to my motherboard. But, what's this PCI express slot stuff? And how do I check to see if it has those slots. ( sorry I am relatively noob) thanks anyways!

Thank you people, but, I've realized my CPU is pretty bad... Its like 2.1 GHz. Therefore, the CPU would be the bottleneck... I probably won't buy a new graphics card... As it will limit my performance? and the new graphics card won't really have an effect? I may be wrong..
