How Do I Check VRAM and VRM Temps on a GTX 980 Ti?

I've just done a mod to my GTX 980 Ti.

I basically took the heat sink off and nothing else so only the GPU was exposed and attached a Corsair H75 to it with a sawed Kraken G10. (All in such a way that I could easily return to the stock cooler). I've left the GPU's stock fan on to cool the VRAM and the VRM. I was wondering if you could point me to some software that I can use to monitor my VRAM and VRM temperatures, so I know what kind of fan curve I need for the card's fan.

Thanks in advance,

Nagro

No problem. You could always get the temperature manually using a thermometer with a laser but that's not exactly ideal. Hope everything goes well with it.
You can download msi afterburner which displays various stats from your graphics card. It tells you your vram usage and clock speed and while it does not give temps for vram specifically it will give you the cards overall temperature.
Hope this helps:)

Yeah, I use MSI Afterburner already. It does give me the temperature of the actual GPU chip, but it's not really useful for what I'm after. Thanks anyway, though.
