How do I clean my Graphics card (Get rid of dust)

Hi guys! got my R9 280X Vapor-X yesterday and it was in a used condition (got it on ebay) Everything looks good, apart from it has alot of dust, how do I clean the dust out of the PCB and heatsink (not used yet)

blowing compressed air would clean the GPU

*CAREFULLY* use compressed air or a oil-less air compressor. While spraying the compressed air use a sweeping motion to clean the gpu to avoid damaging it, be sure to get all visable spots and underneath the fan(s) as well.
