How do I clean the CM Storm Enforcer?

On the front of it there is the large 200mm fan and a dust filter. It is pretty dusty by now, I wipe whatever is on the outside off but between the outer mesh and the dust filter there is a fair amount of dust. I spent a while to get to the dust filter but I don't think it's removable. I used a vacuum cleaner from the outside and I think it messed up the dustfilter a bit.
