How do I clone Windows 10 from HDD to SDD without disc

I recently installed a Samsung 850 EVO SSD ehich comes with samsung migration when I try to clone it only lets me clone all of the HDD how do I clone only the OS along with some other files?

with Samsung data migration, you can only select C: drive and system reserved partition (if there is) to clone.
If your hard drive only has one partition, you can use Disk Management or diskpart to partition your hard drive.

You can clone the whole hard drive or a whole partition on the hard drive. Those are your options if you don't want to do a fresh install; you can't just pick and choose like a buffet.
