How do I compile this? (Discord Bot)

I'm coming here for help as I haven't been able to reach the developer of the bot I'm trying to use. I don't have any knowledge of git or python or anything about coding.

I'm trying to use this repo from github to make a bot for my discord server. Any help would be very much appreciated. And please remember I don't know anything about doing this stuff.

Python is not compiled. There is nothing to compile.

I have it installed but what's the next step. I don't know what to do with it.

Did you try running the setup.py ?

I ran it by doing this setup.py install and it made an exe file but there were errors when I tried to run the exe file. I'm not sure if I did any of it correctly.
