I searched around the web with no success on this topic and my laptop that's 3 years old now is getting quite slow because of all the porn I've watched. I have a windows 10 disc so i can reinstall my laptop however my question is if there is anything else I can do on the inside and what to do on the outside.

Solution
I would reinstall Windows (as you said)...and I would blow out whatever I could from the exterior. I wouldn't open it up. I have found that the effects of dust and dirt tend to be way overblown. I have LOTS of electronic equipment running in a filthy plant....and I never get failures caused by dirt, dust, grease, whatever. I get failures from all sorts of other things though.

As far as interior dust goes. Just find the intake and exhaust vents for the cooling fan. Then give a few blasts of compressed air. Alternating between the intake and exhaust a couple times. That should clear out most dust buildup that matters.

You should only open a laptop for repairs or upgrades. They are generally a pain to open. You risk losing screws and breaking parts each time.
