How do I completely remove skype and reinstall itunes

Hello, I've removed skype from my windows laptop in order to reinstall it, since it wasn't functionaing propberly. Now I can't just re-install without creationg a new account which I don't want to do. Please advise

You should be able to reinstall with same account
