I plan to delete my current Google account and setup a new account in the near future. In addition to setting up a new Google account, I would like to start completely fresh with Google by restoring all settings in Google Chrome, including bookmarks, history, normal settings, advanced settings, privacy settings, security settings, etc. to factory default settings. In short, I want Google Chrome to be like it was when it first came out of the shop or when it was downloaded to my computer for the very first time. I also plan to reset my Samsung Galaxy S9+ smartphone and Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 tablet to their default factory settings when I setup my new Google account. How do I perform this full reset and restoration process of Google Chrome on Windows 10 and, if necessary, on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ and Samsung Galaxy Tab S3? Also, would other Google programs on my computer like Play Music and Google Drive be automatically set or reset to factory default settings when I create a new Google account? My Google Chrome browser and Windows 10 information are listed below.

Google Chrome: Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Windows 10: Home Edition, Version 1803, OS Build 17134.523

Thanks.

Thanks for the response. After I create a new Google account, would the settings for other Google desktop PC programs like Google Drive (or whatever its successor is called) and Play Music be reset to factory default settings when I log in with a new account? If not, how would I fully reset those programs to factory default as if they were brand new?

Could try logging out of them.

Here is Googles answer for Drive - link

Do you have a desktop app for Play music? the only one I can see is an extension for Chrome so if you reset your account on Chrome, it should do this as well - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-play-music/icppfcnhkcmnfdhfhphakoifcfokfdhg?hl=en
