How do I connect a 3-pin case fan to a 4-pin header on the mobo?

I'm using the Asus H170 Pro Gaming Mobo and the pre-installed fans for the Phanteks Enthoo Pro M Acrylic Case. I noticed that the fans in the case use only 3 holes (sorry if I said that wrong) while the mobo has 4 pins. So are my fans incompatible? Or do I still connect them? If I connect them, do I use the pins closer to the left or the right? Thanks in advance!

It will only connect one way because of the tabs.
