How do I connect a bush sound bar to an hitachi t.v.

Connected as per instructions. Gone through the trouble shooting but still not working. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Audio in left and right, sub out, line out left and right then there is an un- named yellow one then headphones.
I am using the RCA cables supplied andI have tried the 3.5 mm audio cable.

So, the tv has headphones out.
What about the soundbar, what ports available?
