How do i connect Case Fans to Motherboard?

Hey in the process of building my first PC. Can someone please help me out with connecting case fans to MB, i dont want to mess up.

Case: Corsair 200r ATX
MB: Asrock H97 Pro4

I got a upper back fan and a middle front one. The both have female 3 pin connectors. My MB fan options are: 3 pin PWR_FAN1, 4pin CHA_FAn1, 4 pin CHA_FAN2

Im stumped weather to connected both to the cha and forget the pwr, or should one go in the pwr? Thanks a lot guys waiting for responses

he can use the PWR fan too. that one just isnt self adjusting. you'd have to do that manualy.

Any 4 pin port on your mobo will provide power and the ability to change the fans RPM's. If you plug it directly into the power supply it will run at full power 24'7.
