Hi there. Aside from the CPU fan, I can't seem to find a way to hook up my other fans on this asus z270h board. I have a NZXT S340 Mid Tower Case. I have identified cables coming from the two fans, however they have 3 pin connectors, not sure how to hook these up. Thanks.

Solution
The motherboard's 4-pin fan headers accept 3-pin fan cables. Just line them up nicely with respect to the bar that spans the three pins of the four-pin header like this:

Note that being 3-pin cables, you won't have the ability to control the fan speed (make it slower or faster). It will always run at 100% (which is a matter of preference) because it lacks the 4th-pin (the PWM pin)

Solution
See p. 3-7 of your mobo manual. It indicates there is a control you can set for fan headers, but it's not completely clear whether this exists for ALL fan headers. On that BIOS Setup screen, select the CHA1_FAN then look at the upper right area of the screen. If there is a box there to click for "DC Mode', do that. Then do the same for the CHA2_FAN. Click on EXIT at bottom right, and on the main Advanced Mode screen (p. 3-4), click Exit near top right. This takes you to the Exit Menu (p. 3-25) where you click on "Save Changes and Reset" so that your changes will be saved. These settings will tell your mobo's two CHA_FAN headers to use DC Mode to control your fans, which is what MUST be done for 3-pin fans. If that option does exist for you., the mobo WILL automatically control those 3-pin case fans.
