How do I connect my phone to my lap top

I want to connect my phone to my lap top . Because I don't have internet at home

You want to setup a hotstop on your mobile device. It should give you instructions from there on what to do depending on your model. In the Network button in the task bar you should be able to connect to your hotspot (if you are on Windows).

I would note that turning your cell phone into a hotspot may be in violation of your service agreement and doing so may result in excessive charges on your account or termination of your contract. You should consult with your service provider before making any such attempt.
