How do I connect my xbox 360 to my LCD monitor?

I want to connect my 360 to my monitor. My video card is a 7900gt with 2 dvi ports and an S-Video Out. My monitor has a vga and dvi port. It also has these 2 plugs one is green other is blue. Anyone know how?
