How do I connect speakers to vizio tv?

I tried to put the colors but cant get it the speakers to work

Makes and model numbers would help.
If the speakers are not self powered you will probably need an amp but if your TV has a headphone jack that will give you some sound but limited volume.
If they are self powered but your TV doesn't have the right kind of audio output then you will need a converter. Maybe a DAC like this one.

Hello. You TV does not have a powered output for speakers. You will need an amplifer, as these standalone speakers will need an amplifier to function correctly.

Your ideal setup would be to get an Receiver from a reputable company such as Harman Kardon, Denon, Marantz, etc. Then routing an optical cable from the Vizio tv to the receiver, and connecting your receiver to the Infinity Entra Two using standard speaker wires.
