How do I connect the front part of the case (Which has the USB, audio slots, ...) to the motherboard? Where do I connect to the motherboard? I've looked through the case manual and nothing about this has come up. (NZXT Lexa-S)

Since the connections from the front panel:
- audio
- USB
- and Power, Reset, HD LED, and PWR LED

All connect to the motherboard, you need to look in the motherboard manual to see where to connect those cables.

POST exact motherboard manufacturer and model if you need more help

I assume you have the manual if not :

Pg 2-2 shows location of all MB headers. Also labeled on MB.

Pg 2-14 show how to hook up : JFP1
Power LED (NOTE the + is important if it's connected wrong, LED won't light )
Power Switch
Reset Switch
HDD LED (NOTE the + is important if it's connected wrong, LED won't light )

NOTE: cable from front panel is labeled "USB" if you get it on the wrong MB header system will BURN !!!!!

Pg 2-15 : JUSB1 (how to connect USB to front panel. NOTE: 2 ports on this ONE cable..)

Pg 2-16 : J1394_1 IF your case has a front panel FireWire

Pg 2-18 : JAUD1 connect your front panel audio cable.

The best information will be in your motherboard manual. If you can, download it from the manufacturers website, it will be much easier to read.
