[SOLVED] How do i connect this fan controller?

I got a new case and it came with what I assume is a fan controller since all the fans were connected to it
I tried plugging in the cable connected to the port labeled MB but it doesnt match the fan header on my motherboard

I have a b450m h from gigabyte

The manual didn't mention anything about it and I could only find the brand in local stores nothing in the internet
It's called adr 5041

I connceted it to the rgb header but how do i change colours of the fans now and can i connect the fans to a fan hub instead to control their speed?
