How do i connect to wireless internet

I have an Asus Z170 motherboard that comes with something called Wifi Go. Will this allow me to connect to my wireless connection? If not is there any other way I can connect to the internet? (does the board come with some other thing built in)

Which exact MB is that ? Wifi Go is for streaming content from the computer. If there's no other WiFi device you may need either internal WiFi card or external USB dongle. Both are quite inexpensive. If it's an option, it would be better to connect to router by ethernet cable, it's faster, less problems and lower ping.

Sorry, it doesn't seem to have any WiFi adapters, you gonna have to get either PCI, PCIe or USB dongle for it.
