So i'm going to get the Zalman Z11 plus which comes with 5 fans. However, the mobo i'm going to get only has 3, 3 pin fan headers. I understand that you can get adapters to convert the 4 pin molex from the psu to a 3 pin, but i was wondering if something like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Motherboard-Splitter-Adapter-Cable-Lead/dp/B003OSWPTE/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1387543607&sr=1-1&keywords=fan+controller would work. I am unsure if the power will just be split up between the different fans, meaning that they would not run as well.
