how do i contact the staff?

is there a way i can message the staff directly in this forum? or a way to see which mod is online so i can contact them?

i messaged a mod but it turned out he hasn't been online for a few years.

i wish to PM the mods regarding a private matter, but i don't see a "contact us" form in the forum website.
