how do I copy my system to another hdd

My boot devices: Dvd, usb don't work. I have 2 hdd's but only one has a working Windows. How do I copy this system over to The other hdd?

Use cloning software like Norton Ghost, Acronis Disk Director or some other.

With some cloning software, Windows knows that it has been copied, and says that it is not genuine when running from the new HDD. Worth checking before you start.
