How do I create a bootable Recovery USB stick from Recovery CDs for an ACER Aspire One?

I am helping a friend who needs to recover her Acer Aspire One. She purchased the Recovery CDs instead of the USB Recovery. I need to make the bootable USB Recovery for her on my computer but need the directions to make it a bootable recovery USB. Can someone guide me through this process so I can get this created? Then I can use the USB to recover the mini laptop and get my friend back to computing! 🙂 Thank you!
