Can someone tell me how to create a domain account on windows 7?

I really need help im using windows 7 reuglar i have 4 gb of installed ram im on a 64 bit And my processor info is : AMD A6-3400M with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.40 GHz

There is no Windows regular, what version is it.
