How do I create an external IP for a device behind 2 routers?

I have the cable modem/router as 192.168.1.1 and another router behind that as 192.168.2.1 that has a device as static 192.168.2.150. How do I access port 7474 on the device externally?

Not the best way to be doing this when you want external access. You need to portforward the main router to the ip of the wan ip of the secondary. Then port forward a in the second router to the actual ip of the end device.
