How do I deal with ADSL when streaming?

Hey y'all!
So I'm stuck with ADSL currently, as there's no providers in my area that supplies Fiber Optic, the problem with this is that I want to start streaming video games on twitch and I get a 1.5mb upload speed at best.
Now I heard that I could get a Mobile broadband connection and tie it with both my existing ADSL connection using Speedify to increase it greatly. However I'm willing to try anything

TLR How do Increase my upload speed when I'm stuck with ADSL?

My first thought was total foolishness, then I remember folks who used 1st gen geosync satellite Internet used dial-up for uplink 'cuz signal took too long to bounce off the satellite, that of course is no longer available 'cuz modern sat Internet talk to low-orbit sats. But anywhoo, if u find a way, good luck with it.
