How do I decrypt encrypted video which play on specific software

I was actually looking for software which can play encrypted AVI and MP4 files . These dont run on windows player and give error of 0x800700ea. Someone can help me to play these files as I have no option of buying as software which I used has been end (no support )

Either it plays in VLC, or it needs some decryption you need to get from whoever made it.
