How do i delete "ad cache" folder?

i just noticed that one of my pop ups was coming from my winnt folder. i went to winnt ---> system32 ---> ad cache and tried to delete all the pop up ads there but they keep reappearing... what can i do?

Either look in Add/Remove programs and try to uninstall the application that created the folder, or try to delete the folder in Safe Mode.

Yeap, you've got spyware/adware of some type. If you can't find it yourself, a program called Adaware might help.

i ran ad where and its still there...... this is absolutely rediculous.
