How do I delete or move my recovery partition

My Windows install created a recovery partition immediately after the C partition instead of using the now unallocated space at the start of the SSD. It had previously used that as its recovery partition. How do I move it from where it is to the unallocated space? The recovery partition is 877 mb and the unallocated space at the start is only 351.

Last time I tried Acronis to do this and my install broke so I had to reinstall which lead to the partition situation being how it is. C is labelled as System, Boot and Page File while the recovery partition just says recovery.

Also who do I talk to about being unable to sign into this site on my PC and iPad (it just says unable to configure verification page or something like that)?

If you are worrying about less than 1GB, you have much worse problems. Don't mess with it, IMO.
