HI im installed:

CRUCIAL 8GB DDR4 2400 MT/S PC4-19200 CL16 DRX8 UNBUFFERED DIMM 260P MEM (BLS8G4S240FSD)

into a:

MSI GP72VR 6RF Leopard Pro 17.3" Full-HD, Intel Core i7-6700HQ, 8GB, 128GB SSD, 1TB HDD, GeForce GTX 1060 3GB, DVD-SM, Windows 10 Home - Demovare (GP72VR 6RF-232NE-Demo)

and the newly installed ram is not detected i checked the bios and cant find any obvious.
and most questions on internett is not shining any light into my question of how to detect the extra ram chip.

so how do i detect it?

I should be automatically detected. There is usually a message on startup after installing ram saying it detected a hardware change. If you did not see that I would verify the RAM is seated properly. If it is the RAM could be incompatible with your current stick or defective if it's not showing up at all. I would try booting with only your new RAM stick installed.

It is not necessary to do anything for RAM to be detected by the system--except to correctly insert it so that it is fully seated in the correct slot and making full contact. However with laptops, it's not as simple. There are a lot more incompatibilities possible than with desktop systems. The only part Crucial lists as being compatible with your laptop that is 8GB DDR2400 CL16 is this one:
Ballistix Sport LT 8GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM
Upgrade for: MSI (Micro Star) GP72VR 6RF Leopard Pro
Crucial part number: CT10009113
--and it's currently out of stock.

So it is likely that the RAM module you have is not compatible with your laptop.

it is seated properly if its clipped on it is supposed to be properly installed, but im searching now for what type of ram that is already installed when i bouight it. cant find anything solid
