How do i disable ALT tab animation

when I alt tab it opens up the screens of what I'm going to I don't want that showing is there anyway you can disable that?

I can't find a way to completely disable it, I found a way to replace it with the old version - see here

I also found a weird short cut. if you hold left alt key in, tap the right alt key and then click tab you get the old style alt tab switcher... why is that still there? I guess its handy for you it still exists, as it seems the only choice. I can't see a way to remove the switcher entirely
