How do I disable BIOS on startup?

Every time I boot my computer I am forced to go through BIOS. Is there any way I can disable BIOS on startup without negatively impacting my computer? I have an Asus Z97-A motherboard if it helps.

As in each time I boot, I have to go through BIOS in order to get to my login screen for Windows 10.

What happens if you do nothing?

Boot order as in the order in which my drives boot?
That would be:
1. SSD (Samsung 840 EVO 500GB)
2. HDD (Western Digital Blue 1TB)
3. Disk Drive (Some cheap thing by ASUS)

If I do nothing, it will just sit in BIOS until I do do something.
