How do I disable memory test on startup?

When ever I turn on my computer before it hits the windows 7 screen its like the black screen or the motherboard loading screen and its like press del for setup and stuff. On that screen it always "tests my memory" and it says press esc to skip. This is very annoying and I want to disable it.

Have a look in the bios settings, probably advanced settings. Look for something like 'enable quick boot'. It will then bypass many of the checks.
