How do i disable sli/crossfirex

Hello,
I am trying to disable the sli/crossfirex on my HP 7, how do I do this.

If you have SLI, go to the NV control panel/3D settings/Configure SLI, surround/physX and change to "disable SLI"

If you have CF, it will be under the Performance tab in Catalyst Control Center.
