How do I disable USB ports?

I have a phone stand/charging dock pluged into a USB 3 port at the back of my computer. I heard that having your phone plugged in after its at 100% is bad for it. I still want to be able to have the phone plugged in though. How can I disable USB ports on my computer easily? I want to just be able to press a macro key or open up a program and press a button.

My motherboard is the MSI Z97 PC MATE and my phone is an iPhone 6s.

So even if it says it is charging it is fine?
