Accidentally got the wrong version of windows 10, wondering how I do a full wipe on my new pc so I can reinstall windows from my USB

Solution
1. Boot from USB by entering BIOS

2. Select the Windows version that you purchased ( wtf is a windows 10 S )

3. When you reach the screen that allows you to choose which disk to install windows, select the disk you want and clear it before clicking install

If that doesnt work then
- open command prompt ( shift + F10 )
- type ‘ diskpart ‘ , press enter
- type ‘ list disk ‘ , press enter
- type ‘ sel disk __ ‘ , press enter ( fill the blank with the disk you want to wipe
- type ‘ clean ‘, press enter

When its done, close command prompt

4. Install windows on your wiped disk

I asked how I could full wipe it and you didn't know. I tried plugging in the USB and loading the Windows 10 Setup but it keeps trying to install Windows S. I think I may need to fully erase my ssd, I'm not sure.

I know *exactly* how to do it.
I am not sure of how you got to the point where you are now, with "Windows 10 s" installed.
That specific version is not something that is normally obtained and installed.

Where, exactly, did you get this?

You need to boot from whatever USB thing you created.
Hopefully, this is not an install USB limited to "Win 10 s"

Boot from that, start the install.

Yes, when I loaded up the pc for the first time with the usb in it, it gave me multiple options for the OS. I just don't know how to get rid of Microsoft S and get that screen again.

When I open the file on the USB all that comes up is
boot
efi
sources
support
autorun
bootmgr
bootmgr.efi
setup

when I press setup, and accept it says
To recap, you've chosen to:
Install Windows S
Keep Nothing

wont let me uncheckmark Install Windows S

You're running the setup from inside the existing Windows instance.

You need to power off.
Power up, and actually boot from that USB stick.
This may involve changing the boot priorities in your BIOS.
