How do I do to enable onboard video for Asrock Fatal1ty FM2A88X+ Killer ?

HI guys, I'd like to know if I'm able to use the motherboard's onboard video with the processor amd x4 860k or it must be with a processor which includes a graphic card such as the A-series processors.

Those boards dont have onboard video, they use the IGPU that the APUs have, the problem here is that your CPU doesn't has a IGPU, you need a discrete video card to get it working.
