How Do I Download The OEM Key/Windows 10 Software to a USB
I Am about to buy this from Newegg as far as I know it is a CD and a regular Key.
I was on the Questions and Answers Page of the Product and they said it included both, I need to download this to a USB for then I can forward it to my new Gaming PC Build and unfortunately the case that I chose does not support a CD Drive (NZXT S340 Case) I will link the site where i'm about to purchase this from

The physical CD you are purchasing with come with the license key printed somewhere.

You can create your own USB install here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
(you will need a working PC to create this)

Install with this USB, and when it asks for the license key....enter then one that came with your CD you bought from Newegg.

You are best off using the tool and downloading the ISO from the link that USAFRet provided even if you had a disc drive.
Unlike previous versions of windows, MS is actually keeping the ISO's fairly up to date.

There is 2 ways to use the download tool, let the tool download and create the USB for you or you can choose to download the ISO and create the USB yourself with a 3rd party app, Rufus is a great tool for this.
