[SOLVED] How do I download WIN 11 onto a new ASUS ROG STRIX X670 E-E MOBO or is it already there ?

I know I must sound stupid, but I really don't know. I have only bought computers for the past 24 years. I have a license key for a fresh download but cannot use a flash drive. So how can I do it without spending a lot more money?

Why can you not use a flash drive?

I can download from the official download site. The license code only cost me $27 for WIN11 Home. To download to a flash AND have access to a license code would sort of ruin someone's business. I did not think of that until after I bought the code. I own like 4 different computers so I figured that there might be a way.

What? How exactly would that ruin someones business?
Use of bootable USB flash drive is standard way for installing windows.

You can install windows on multiple computers.
But single license will allow windows activation on a single computer only.

you download the iso file with all the windows from one of your computers and install the ones for which you got the key, when you're done you go to the settings, paste it and press activate

The installation is freely available from Microsoft.
A valid license is what costs money.

I thank you sir for the guidance. I read through ALL of the info for the Windows 11 clean install. I learned a lot. I realized that I was concerned when I really did not need to be. I downloaded to the USB Drive ; shut down all the drives except the intended Windows drive on the new build; downloaded Win 11; entered the key code to activate. It went through just fine. Thank you.
