how do i eliminate compressed old files from the disc cleanup section in window

"Free Downloads are not FREE to use...What can I do for FREE to just Eliminate the huge amount of " Compressed files"..

What kinds of compressed files are you asking about? Have you tried finding the files and using the delete key to delete them or Shift+Delete to delete them and bypass the recycle bin?
