how do i enabe my lenovo A3300 tablet to support google play services because its has misteriously stopped suppporting google

I am using a lenovo A3300 android table,it has stopped supporting google play services and i am unable to open applications.how do i fix it.

Try clearing the Data and Cache of the Google Play Services app.
