[SOLVED] how do i enable 240 hz

i have a gtx 1660 ti intel core i5 9400 16 gb ram i checked everywhere of how i enable it can anyone help?

Hz is a monitor thing. To get 240Hz you need a 240Hz monitor. Not only that but you need a system that can do 240 FPS in games to be able to see 240Hz refresh rate.

What's your monitor?

A GTX 1660 TI won't be able to achieve 240 FPS in games anyway in 1080p.
