Go to Nvidia Control Panel, G-Sync. Make sure the monitor is selected in PC section with proper resolution and frequency. Make sure Enable box is checked.

omen x 25 or just omen 25? one is supported, the other is not

I have the Omen x 25f, if that is the actual model you have go into the menu of the monitor, click on gaming, then click adaptive-sync, and turn it on. win 10 should say that gsync monitor is connected, go into nvidia and turn gsync on.
