Question How do I enable single tap and drag on Windows 11 touchpad?

Hi,

I am not sure if I am imagining it at this point or what, but I think it was possible to press the touchpad with one finger and then drag with another finger on a touchpad, but now it seems to require single press and double-tap to enable dragging.
How do I make it so that I am clicking with one finger and then with another finger a single tap enable dragging? I want to use this dragging for moving tabs on the browser, selecting cells in Excel, or when taking a screenshot.

Is there any way to make this possible? I don't see the option in Touchpad settings on Windows 11
