[SOLVED] How do I enable Virtual Technology on my motherboard

I wanna play black desert mobile on PC. People are suggesting on using LD player that can be downloaded here https://www.ldplayer.net/

I have already downloaded and installed it but it says, for better performance I must enable virtual technology
I searched and it says to enable it on BIOS but I can't seem to find virtual technology there.
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F

Where do I enable it?
Is enabling the thing causes harm to my motherboard or any PC component? Or does it reduce my performance overall?

Page 3-15, in your manual, labelled as SVM mode - if it's disabled turn on to enable it.
