How do i enter bios ?

hey i activated msi fast boot option and when i try to open msi fast boot software it says "MSI Fast Boot doesn't support this mainboard." My mb is msi z97 gaming 3 now i cant enter bios how can i enter ?

msi seems to have issues with there bios tools theres a few threads here over that and msi don't seem clear on it either

you may need to disable fast boot but when you first turn on the computer the should be a brief moment where you can hit del key and enter the bios or how ever the boards manual says to

You also might need to reset/clear the bios. Remove the battery or use the jumper.

i cant disable fast boot cause i cant enter bios or software i guess i have to reset bios : /
