How do I exclude a certain wi-fi connection from my list? Can I leave just my own in?

My father has a Chrome Cast wi-fi connection which I don't want to accidentally touch on Google Chrome so how do I eliminate it from my PC/Chrome?

but I find not all the WiFi in my area actually show in that screen, it only shows my WiFi network. IT seems it finds them all and connects automatically to them but as I don't have the necessary password I can't use them. Sure, I can just turn WiFi off completely since i hardly ever use it, that removed the entire list... good thing I use Ethernet really.

in which case, just disable the add on in chrome. it should show in options/more tools/Extensions - just untick it to remove it from toolbar.
