Question How do I figure out exactly what RAM I have so that I can get more of it?

I want another 2 sticks of this, I figure it'd be the cheapest way for me to up my RAM as I've been running into bottlenecks lately, but I'm not 100% sure what numbers to punch into mr google to find the same type. Or where they'd be available for purchase as they're a bit old now. If they're even still available. Or if other types of memory would be compatible? I don't know a lot of things basically. PLEASE HELP. <3
